Sanjiv Syal
Sanjiv
is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is presently
heading the management team at ABL. His experience
spans more than 17 years in consulting and the profession
of accountancy. He is one of the founders of Compro
Services Private Limited, a management consulting
and software development company and continues to
be part of Compro’s Board of Directors. Sanjiv
is also on the Board of GTA Data Services India Private
Limited, a captive shared services centre of a large
tourism services company, Gullivers Travels, UK. Sanjiv
managed a lease finance company for nine years successfully
from 1989 to 1997.

Sanjiv is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant
under training with Mohinder Puri & Co., New Delhi,
one of the country’s most reputed firms. He graduated
as Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce
(ranked # no 1 College in India in 2003), Delhi University,
after completing his schooling from St. Xavier’s
High School, Delhi.

Punita Chopra
Punita
worked with Ingersoll-Rand Company, Woodcliff Lake,
New Jersey U.S.A for nine years, before she joined
ABL. In her last assignment she was the Associate
Treasury Manager, European and Asia Pacific Operations.
She participated in setting up the initial Shared
Services Center for Ingersoll-Rand-Europe. Prior to
moving to the USA, Punita worked as a Tax Analyst
with Price Waterhouse, India. She qualified as a Chartered
Accountant in 1988 and holds the honor of obtaining
the highest score among all women candidates in India
in the final examination of Chartered Accountants.

Micheal Robb
Michael manages ABLs US operations. In addition he is a Principal in CMO Outsourcing, LLC. He has 20 plus years of experience in outsourcing services and information technology. He started his career at IBM Corporation selling everything from mainframes to PCs, software to services. In addition to a strong foundation in computer hardware and infrastructure, he has gained additional experience and perspectives working for a software publisher, a software manufacturer, a public firm and industry leader in digital replication, an internet startup, a regional IT consulting firm specializing in eBusiness, and most recently, an industry leader in providing outsourced network, storage, and hosting services. Many of these positions revolved around leveraging leading edge technology to provide outsourced business services..

Michael has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the University of Minnesota. He was a University of Minnesota Golden Gopher four year letterman in football, 2nd Team Academic All-American, and 2nd Team All Big-Ten. He is also an active member of Minnesota High Technology Association (MHTA)..
